Direct-heat ovens
These wood ovens are traditional, refractory appliances in which the combustion chamber is also the cooking chamber. Their main feature is their ability to store combustion heat and then yield it evenly to the food for many hours, even after the fire has gone out. All our ovens are made of liquid, refractory materials and their floors comply with the CE regulation in force regarding contact with food (CE 1935/2004). Cooking with wood gives unsurpassable results in terms of perfectly-done, fragrant food. You can also prepare an endless array of recipes ranging from traditional pizza, to bread, roast meats and vegetables.
