Indirect-heat ovens

Indirect-heat ovens feature a cooking chamber that is separate from the combustion chamber: in fact, they are heated by the combustion fumes which never come in actual contact with the food. These ovens quickly reach the right temperature using very little firewood and preserve it constantly for various hours. They are the ideal way to cook various foods simultaneously. Our indirect-heat ovens are made from stainless steel and have a refractory base.
